From past few days, i am facing an issue with my dell desktop monitor s2216h a blue vertical line appearing on my monitor for few. If the same issue is seen on dell logo. What kind of vertical lines are showing up in your display most probably this kind of fault occur in mobile phone display when the display is going to be dead soon.

Check cable for monitor, try to unplug/plug multiple times. Web if not done already, check if it works fine on the bios screen to identify if it's either a hardware or a software issue: I need some information and or tips on why this has happened thank you. Check for vertical lines on screen off and bios screen.
